Ask and most of Paris will tell you about the snow that covers the
ground, lending this writer to dream of warmer climates and summer
romances. But while all the cool kids head to St. Barth's, all I want
to do is spend my days in Scarborough, ME.
Why Maine you ask? Well, as a child, my family often vacation there. And it is a private sort of place, a true escape from the real world. Say what you want, I will take Maine over St. Barth's anyday.
No amount of glamour can beat out the pristine and empty beaches and then a quick trip to the dock to get a lobster for dinner. Till summer comes, I'll just buy these lovely towels and dream of summery and sandy days.

biggest and brightest names like Jeff Koons (above), Alex Katz, Julian Schnabel, Raymond Pettibon and such...
